Words. We use them every day but do we ever really stop and think of the consequences they have on the people we say them to? Words have an enormous power to motivate employees and an equal ability to be-little them.

In every language there are more negative words than positives. With the vocabulary list not being in the favour of positivity, it is our job to choose our words wisely and think about what we are trying to express.

Words like No, Can’t and Never are classic examples of negative words that we use every day and maybe shouldn’t.
