This company is a well-established manufacturer that provides a broad range of Sales and services to clients with a long standing commitment to providing superior expertise and advice!

This is a key role within the organisation for an office all-rounder to support the director and production team with multiple project and administrative tasks.
To be successful for this position you will need to have a high attention to detail and an ability to work autonomously. Proven time management skills and capability to work in a flexible multifaceted environment is essential.  Experience in manufacturing, engineering or other related industries will also be beneficial but not mandatory.
Located in the Heidelberg Area, the office is close to public transport.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage front of house communication, including phones, emails and post.
  • General office duties such as organising service calls, banking, managing stationary and office supply stocks, Assisting the Director.
  • Customer service support such as recording & tracking of service calls, client invoice tracking, minutes, Contracts preparation, fee proposals, etc.
  • Project Accounting and Office Bookkeeping including invoicing, receipts, business account reconciling, staff pay, ATO compliance, etc. 

  
  Skills and experience

  • Professional attitude and well organised
  • Great computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (In house computer system that you will be fully trained on)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, reception skills, ability to multi-task
  • Must be a permanent resident

This is a pet friendly office, with small office dog on site.
